How much does AcademyPro cost?+
Pricing scales with your number of players. Year 1 launch pricing applies for the first 12 months. Starter (up to 30 players) $15 per month, Basic (31–75 players) $29 per month, Growth (76–150 players) $49 per month, Pro (151–300 players) $79 per month, and Elite (301–600 players) $99 per month. Academies with more than 600 players get custom pricing.
What happens after the first 12 months?+
Launch pricing is for the first 12 months. After that, standard pricing applies: Starter $25 per month, Basic $49 per month, Growth $79 per month, Pro $129 per month, and Elite $179 per month.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every academy gets a 30-day free trial with access to every feature. No credit card is required to start.
Do players, parents, or coaches have to pay?+
No. The mobile apps and web dashboard are free for all your members — players, parents, coaches, and staff. Only the academy pays for the platform.
Are any features locked behind higher tiers?+
No. Every tier includes the full platform — sessions, attendance, fees, payroll, inventory, and reports. Pricing scales only with your number of players, never with features.
Who can sign up for AcademyPro?+
Sign-up is for sports academies, clubs, and training centers. Players, parents, and coaches don't sign up directly — they are invited by their academy once it's on the platform.
What platforms does AcademyPro run on?+
AcademyPro has full-featured iOS and Android apps for managers, coaches, players, and parents, plus a web dashboard for managers and admins that works in any browser.
Can I import my existing player data?+
Yes. You can bulk-import players via CSV or Excel, and onboarding support is included to help you get set up and migrate your existing data.
